7 days heliskiing 30`500 vertical meters of which 20`000 vert/m are guaranteed

The Prestige groups are based in Ayder

You have the Privilege to ski in small Groups of 4 to 5 Skiers

Each group is accompanied by a Guide

Each week we have 4 groups with maximal 19 skiers. 1 seat is always open for our Photographer

All 4 groups share one Helicopter

Included in your Package

- Transfers from Trabzon to the base on saturday and from the base to Trabzon the next    saturday

- Food & Accommodations on Twin-share Basis

- 30`500 vertical meters of which 20`000 vert/m are guaranteed

- Powder Ski`s [Scott / Santiago] or Snowboards are supplied

- Safety Equipment such as :

• ABS [Avalanche Balloon System Backpack]
• Shovel - Probe - Avalanche Transceiver

Not included in you Package :

- Flight to Trabzon

- Drinks

- Single Room surcharge [ € 320.- p/week]

- Extra Vertical meters : € 98.- per 1000 m vert

For Early Bookings:

• By Booking & Payment of the Full amount before May 31st : 5% of 2010 Price

Group Reservations :

• Entire Group Booking & Payment of 10 Skiers / Snowboarders : ½ Seat Free of Charge

• Entire Group Booking & Payment of 19 Skiers / Snowboarders : 1 Seat Free of Charge

To benefit from the Group special deals you must :

• Book the entire Group at once with 1 Payment. Only 1 Invoice will be issued for the entire Group!

• This applies upon your Booking account of 35% and all subsequent payments as per Schedule [ 35% 180 days prior of arrival , Balance 90 days prior of arrival].

In case of a Cancellation within your group, you have the possibility to replace this Person. Should you be unable to do so , the Standard Cancellation Policy applies (general terms and conditions)

Grouping of Skiers / Snowboarders

If you do not book as a complete Group of 5 Skiers / Snowboarders we cannot guarantee that you will be skiing in the same Group !

The “Vertical Story”

Account of vertical meters

The Total vertical meters of the “ Group” are accounted for each day. This means, should you choose to stop skiing early and the rest of the Groups continues to ski you will be Charged the “Group Meters” !

If the Entire Group stops skiing early, the Total verticals of the group are accounted for. However if the Group doesn't reach the guaranteed 20`000 vert/m by the end of the week, refunds are calculated on the vertical meters you could have skied if you hadn`t voluntarily stopped skiing early on any given days during the week.

Extra Vertical Meters

Once you have reached you Guaranteed Meters it is up to you if you want to continue skiing or return home to base. The night prior of you reaching your 30`500 vert/m your guide will inform you and ask if you like to ski Extra Vert/m. It is up to you then to choose to ski additional vert/m or not.

If needed a re-grouping will be done at this point with the clients who want to continue to ski/board.

A minimum of 5'000 vert/m are skied / accounted for when the Groups leave on any given day. This does not apply when you will reach your 30`500 vertical meters during this day.

Refunds on Vert/m

Refunds on vert/m are given if you do not reach your guaranteed 20`000 vert/m due to Weather or Technical problems. € 80.- per 1000 m vert

No Refunds are given :

- If you choose to stop skiing on any given day to “spread out” your verticals over the whole week.

- If you are not here 7 days [ Late arrival . Early departure or voluntarily returning home from skiing while operations continued]

- due to Lack of Fitness or Injury

Refunds on vert/m: €80.-- per 1'000 m vert.
